He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Disque and Margaret Disque (Radenberg); his wife Verna Leona Ehly; and his siblings, Martin, Clarence, Marlin, Edgar Disque, Edna, Grace, Velma Disque, Mabel Flickinger, Aline Howser and Leona Welch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Sellens (David) of Olathe and Corrine Clark (Jim) of Hays; his grandchildren, Jaclyn and Derek; his great grandchild Kiran; and his brothers, Herman Disque of Stafford, Harvey Disque of Salina and Walter Disque (Joyce) of Claflin.
