He is survived by: his former spouse Dee Bottleman; his mother Connie Scofield of Mayetta, KS; his children, Justin Smith (Kayln) of Dudley, SC, Kristopher Smith (Kevin) of Topeka, KS, Angel Sanchez (Juan) of Holton, KS and Imani Smith; his siblings, Karen Rickel (Eric) of Mayetta, KS, Marla Brandon of Mayetta, KS, Brad Smith (Hope) of Mayetta, KS and Jeff Smith (Denise) of Effingham, KS; and his grandchildren, Greyson, Victoria and Ezekiel.
