He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Parker and Bertha Whinery Parker; and his sisters, Celesta Pitts and Clesta Erett. He is survived by: his children, Russell Charles Parker and Teresa Hudson (Bradley); and his grandchildren, Ezekiel, Gabriel, Jacob Hudson and RheaAnn Parker.
