He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rowh and Dorothy Rowh (Vanover); his wife Ann Votapka; and his brother-in-law Lynn Goodman. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Rowh Inguanza (Raymond), Kip Rowh (Stacy Hilbrich) and Jason Rowh; his sisters, Sheryl Goodman and Shirley Smith (Alan); his grandchildren, Samantha Inguanza (Derek Karst), Meagan Inguanza, Christopher Inguanza, Timothy Rowh (Sarah), Luke Rowh and Drake Rowh (Breanna Blackheart); his great grandchildren, Brixtyn and Bristal; his grandchild Brecken Rowh; and his great grandchildren, Riley Rowh, Jackson Rowh and Madison Rowh.
