He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Meadows and Rachel Meadows (Harris); his son Randall Meadows (Carole); and his siblings, Howard Meadows and Florence Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Adams; his children, Gary Meadows (Pam), Greg Meadows, Cindy Byer (Ron), Paula Howell and Janet Meadows (Elmer Malone); his grandchildren, Jennifer Meadows, Brandon Meadows, Jason Byer, Amber Lane (Jeff), Ashley Meadows, Kelsey Meadows, Justin Malone (Becky), Dalton Howell and Lacey Howell; and his great grandchildren, Emma Byer, Cason Lane, Barrett Lane, Waylon Malone and Tanner Malone.
