She was predeceased by: her parents, Ina Thomas, Sr. (Gilmore) and Carl Thomas; her husband Robert O. Culver; and her siblings, Carl Thomas, Jr., Charles Thomas, Darrell Thomas and Virginia Thomas Korf-Melton.

She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Culver (Lori) and Sandra Schadegg (Gary); her brothers, Art Thomas (Mary Lou) and Fankie Thomas; her grandchildren, Mathew (Stacy), Michael, Erica, Maxwell (Christiana), Trenton (Brandy), Jessica (Jason), Kirk, Jacy (Saul) and Jardy; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Madiyn, Jaxon, Hazel, Cooper, Haiven, Olivia, Prezlee, Kyla, Emily, Jentry, Bronx and Nyx.
