He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Salem and Debly Salem (Heymour); his wife Aileen Wright; and his siblings, Bill, Marion, Hesson, Collid, Sam, George, Emmett, Joseph, Lila DeHook and Rosie Simon.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ida Fisher of Cimarron, Zina Hoover of Wichita and Joy Cosby of Haysville.
