She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse H. Koehn and Katrina Phyllis Koehn (Boehs); and her siblings, Shirley Koehn, Bobetta Speer, Malee Van Norden, Harold Koehn, Jack Koehn, Floyd Koehn, Josie Koehn and Olive Lavonne "Vonnie" Koehn.
She is survived by: her siblings, Max Koehn, Jeanette Monroe and Dixie Hertel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
