He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Willis and Dorothy Lacy (Whitmer); his son Jimmy Lacy; and his brother Joe Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lacy of Meade; his children, Lance Lacy (Celeste) of Cimarron and Charolett Murrow (John) of Ford; his daughter-in-law Tammi Woods (Dusty) of Cimarron; his nephew Justin Lacy of Cimarron; his siblings, Keith Lacy (Jan) of Fort Collins, Casey Lacy (Kay) of Fort Garland, Jack Lacy (Kristi) of Garber, Kelly Lacy (Susan) of Eaton, Colorado, Lee Ayers of Sharron Springs, Kyleen Lacy of Cimarron and Lori Lacy of Cimarron; and his sister-in-law Margaret Lacy of Garden City. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
