It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude E. Hale (Cimarron, Kansas), who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Joseph and Mary Lottie Hale (Spalding); his wife Betty Figger; and his sister Norma Hale. He is survived by: his children, Leonard "Lee" Hale (Tori) and Debbie "Deb" Beckett (Vince); his grandchildren, Nathan Hale, Marissa Thorton (Dallas), Samantha Hale, Cody Hale (Nikki), Cole Miller (Sydney) and Shyanne Miller (Trevor); his sisters, Elsie Toothaker (Eugene) of Cimarron, Gladys Cagna (Sam) of Cimarron and Renda Beery (Joe) of Cimarron; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces; and a host of friends.
