She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Honisch and Deloris Honisch (Numadol); her husband Tom Ballard, Jr.; and her grandson James Allen. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Ballard of Joplin, David Ballard of Vinita and Sherry Ballard of Orange County; her grandchildren, Rebecca DoByns, Shawna Wagner, David Ballard, Jr., Coral Ballard, Betty Ballard, Misty Ballard and Danielle Whitecotton; her great grandchildren, Patrick DoByns and Addison DoByns; and her brother Richard Honisch of Lake Havasu.
