With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Kay Wolsey of Chetopa, Kansas, born in Oswego, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie F. Addis and Rose M. Addis (Sykes); her siblings-in-law, Joe Pease and Vallie Addis; and her nephew Gabriel Nutt.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Wayne" Wolsey; her children, Julie R. Kepner of Bartlett, KS. and Brent D. Wolsey (Allison) of Chetopa, KS.; her siblings, Jessie F. Addis "Junior" of Oswego, KS., Mike Addis (Brenda) of Oswego, KS., Patricia Amos (LeRoy) of Chetopa, Lois Rupert (James) of Chetopa, Ann McKinzie of Chetopa, Sherry Goforth of Florida, Pamela Berryhill (Thomas) of Florida and Teri Nutt of Parsons; her grandchildren, Brooke Kepner (Chaz) of Chetopa, Braydon Kepner of Chetopa, Lane Wolsey of Chetopa and Jhaggar Wolsey of Chetopa; and her great grandchildren, Niles and Nixon Herd. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
