He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Collins and Vendla V. Collins (Swenson); and his sister-in-law Dixie Collins. He is survived by: his wife Deloris; his children, Elizabeth "Vickie" Banzet (Duane) of Neodesha, Patricia Burton of Columbus, Kansas and Dale Collins (Shawn) of Jet, Oklahoma; and his brother Ray Collins of Chetopa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
