She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Haven and Joan Haven (Roberts); her spouse Leslie Paul Goodhue; and her children, Shannon Wayne Gaylor and Mandy Gail Gaylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Jo Allen (Ronald) and Tammy Lynn Smith (Bob); and her sisters, Teresa Barns (Bob) and Penny McGill (Terry). She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren.
