She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cecil "J. C." and Cinderella Florence Brown (Mills); her husband Robert Withrow, Sr.; her grandson Joey Begley; and her siblings, Robert J. Brown, James N. Brown and Jo Ann Copple.

She is survived by: her family, Betty and Science Degree; her sons, Robert H. Withrow, Jr. of Chetopa and John M. "Buck" Withrow (Elsie) of Claremore, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Greg Begley (Gina), Katye Duvall (Brent) and Jon Andrew Withrow (Tamara); and her great grandchildren, Joey Begley, Jacob Begley, Jonathan Begley, Laura Begley, Leaha Begley, Sophia Duvall, Khloe Duvall, John David Duvall, Jude Duvall, Jon Wyatt Withrow and Many.

Memorials are suggested to the Community Bible Church Missions.
