He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Johnson and Freda Johnson (Ferguson); and his wife Betty J. Evans Nowlin. He is survived by: his children, Ronda Smith (Jerry) of Joplin, Paul Nowlin, Jr. (Rhonda) of Clinton, Tammy Wion of Fairland and Matthew Nowlin of Clinton, Okla.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
