He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin L. Karstetter and Wilma G. Karstetter (Fish); and his son Joseph Forrest Karstetter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Angie Hugo (Mick) of Cherryvale and Nicholas Karstetter; his grandsons, Nash Hugo and Reid Hugo (Shelby) of Cherryvale; his brother Tim Karstetter (Marlyn) of McPherson, KS.; and his uncle Cecil Fish (Bonnie) of Ottawa, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, a host wonderful friends.
