She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Sumpter and May Sumpter (Nelson); her husband Larry Dean Chaloupek; her sister Lorraine Sumpter; her son-in-law Chuck Butler; and her brother Albert Weese.
She is survived by: her caregiver Aide; her children, Randy Dean Chaloupek (Celeste) of Lakin, Patty Ann Kessler of Chanute and Joe Dale Chaloupek (Rachel) of Parsons; and her brothers, Wayne Sumpter of Longdale, Leslie Weese of Canton and Melvin Weese of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by 10 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 8 great grandsons and 11 great granddaughters.
