She is survived by: her parents, David Lee Cook and Jewell Opal Cook (Bays); her husband Robert "Bob" Eugene Myers Sr.; her children, Jewell George of Cherryvale, Tina Page (Cody) of Cherryvale and Billy Myers (Chelsea) of Cherryvale; her stepchildren, Virginia Garcia of Dodge City, Tammy Velazquez of Hoxie, Robert Eugene Myers Jr. of Hoxie, Mary Myers of Dodge City and Sophia Sanders of Great Bend; and her siblings, Janice Hosier of Mound Valley, Julie Hartley of Cherryvale, Scott Cook of Meade, Angie Cook of Cherryvale, Aaron Cook of Cherryvale and Alan Cook of Cherryvale.
