She is survived by: her spouse Billy; her children, Tonja Housel-Wolford (Keith) of Cherryvale and Tony Housel (Tamie) of Derby; her siblings, Carlene Mann (Coy) of Rogers, Linda Tyler of Derby and Arlo Tyler (Vivian) of Blossom; her husband Bud Forsythe of Seattle; her daughter Kendra Thornton of Wichita, KS.; and also, Connie Johnson (Daryl) of Wichita, Regina Johnson (Dave) of Wichita, Janice Little (Scotty) of Derby and Wade Decker of Derby. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grand children.
