Joanne Rash Obituary

Joanne Rash, 68, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022 at her home.

Joanne Rash was born February 21, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Ott Dickenson and Lanora (Green) Dickenson. She graduated from Goddard High School in 1972.

She was a certified nurse aid and worked at the hospital in Independence for many years.

Joanne enjoyed reading, swimming, getting her nails done and music.

Survivors include her children, Kendra Nelson of Wichita, Kansas, Mathias Linden of Independence, Kansas, Rae Lynn Rash of Cherryvale, Kansas, step children, Jeremiah McKenzie of Cherryvale, Kansas, Steven Welch of Georgia, Rachel McKenzie of Shawnee, Kansas, sister, Linda Krablin of Derby, Kansas, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Dana Branson.

Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date under the guidance of Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas.
