She is survived by: her parents, Richard Creek of Stanton and Adah Creek (Phillips) of Cherryvale; her sons, Corbean Tuggle of Tulsa and Carson Creek of Cherryvale; her brother Philip Creek (Gayla) of Green Bay; and her nephew Jaden Creek.
