It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou (Cherokee, Kansas), who passed away on November 17, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bertella and Mary Belle Bertella (Bowen); and her brothers, Tom Bertella and Dominick Bertella (Bob). She is survived by: her spouse Lyndon Lee Thompson; her sons, Mark L. Thompson (Terri) and Kent A. Thompson (Patty) of Cherokee, KS; and her sister Lena Mae Edwards of Joplin, MO. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
