She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Richard and Betty Sue Nichols (Young); her husband Daniel Carter; and her sister Linda Kay Nichols. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Nichols of Baxter Springs, KS, Gary Nichols of Baxter Springs, KS and Kelly Schnieders; her niece Brianna Anderson; her nephews, Brandon Schnieders (Melissa), Austin Schnieders, Brenton McElhaney, Brandon Smith and Josh Smith; her great-nephew Noah Schnieders; and her great-nieces, Sofia Marney and Ellie Schnieders.
