She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mattal and Clara Brown Mattal; her siblings, Robert Mattal, Sr., Edward Mattal, Clarence Mattal, Effie Mae Mattal, Grace Pike, Blanche Coleman, Eunice Mattal and Phyllis McCollom; and her granddaughter Jennifer Clouse.
She is survived by: her husband Henry W. Laverentz; her daughters, Linda Vierthaler and Jolene Heatherman; and her brother Joe Mattal. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made with the St. John Lutheran Church in care of Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman, KS.
