She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland Westmoreland and Daisy Huddleston Westmoreland; and her former husband Ray Darwin Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kam Smith (Kerri Hageman), Kelli Smith Atha (Heath Martin) and Kasi Henning (Dominic); her grandchildren, Kasady (Kolbie), Kadie (Jake), Jayden, Wyatt and Chloe; her great grandchild Kiera; her grandchildren, Kelsie, Tanner, Taylor and Lexi; and her pet Bo.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Hospital or Kingman Humane Society in Vicki's honor.
