He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene; and his parents, Charles Woolf and Grace Woolf (Anderson). He is survived by: his sons, Vaughn Woolf (Lynn) and Michael Woolf; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Alexander and Jeremiah; and his brothers, Gordon Woolf (Peggy), Melvin Woolf (Peggy) and Allen Woolf (Rosanne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Midian Shriners, the Cheney Golden Age Home or Country Care Hospice.
