Ruby E. Anderson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby E. Anderson of Cheney, Kansas, born in Bethel, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 2, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Hettie E. Phillips; her husband Charles D. Anderson; her stepson Marc E. Anderson; and her siblings, Melva, Bessie, Daisy and Mason.

She is survived by: her siblings, Matt Phillips of Garvin, OK and Nellie Rogers of Oklahoma; her daughters, Anne Roach (Charles) of Halstead, Mary Leierer (Wayne Stewart) of Wichita and Missi Simon (Dean) of Cheney; her stepchildren, Douglas Anderson (Karen) of Brighton, CO and Mary Jane Stoffle (Jim) of Andover; her daughter-in-law Pamela Anderson (Marc); and her grandchildren, Seth Roach (Rebecca), Lindsay Hanna (Brady), Lucas Hutmacher (Laura), Sarah Samuels, Abby Hauck, Brandon Ochs, Heather Anderson, Jeff Cartwright (Helen), Matthew Cartwright (Pamela), Holly Elder (Travis) and Shanon Anderson (Jennifer). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
