She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dick Wulf and Erna Wulf (Stoehr); her spouse Uel Clifton Ramey; her stepson Steve Ramey; her granddaughter Gretchen Oetting (Matt); and her sister Elizabeth Welch. She was also cherished by 26 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
