He is survived by: his children, Ashley Haning (Trent), Allyson Boothe, Dylan Boothe and Zack Boothe; and his siblings, Ken Boothe (Susan), Don Boothe (Dianna), Paula Johnson (LaDon), Craig Boothe (Debbie), Jeanette Nixon (Tom) and Lori McCutcheon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
