He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. Kutilek and Ruth Kutilek (Johnston); his brother Ken Kutilek; his son Jon Kutilek; his grandson Ezekial Angleton; and his great grandchild Maelee Kutilek.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Kutilek (Hansen); his children, Zach Kutilek (Crystal), Frank Kutilek IV (Erina), Jamie Kutilek and Jacquelyn Ternes (Ryan); and his siblings, Kandy Thompson (Paul), Doug Kutilek (Naomi) and Karen Logue (Dwayne). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the historic Riggs Arboretum in Waterloo, KS.
