She was predeceased by: her mother Kylea M. Hoffine; and her grandfathers, Donald Hoffine Sr., Tommy Toms and Sean McKenna. She is survived by: her father Jason L. Hoffine; her pet Jazzy; her sisters, Lauren Hoffine and Korra Hoffine; her nieces, Molly Ankle-Hoffine and Zoey Hoffine; and her grandparents, Donna Hayden, Ann McKenna and Larry Speaks.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to purchase a headstone for Autumn. Checks can be made out to Lauren Hoffine.
