He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred G. Windsor and Nila L. Cummings; his spouse Heloise McGill; his siblings, Clayton Windsor and Verna Williams; his former wife Kaye A. Windsor (Gougler); and his son-in-law Alfonso F Rivera.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Jackson of Chautauqua, Sandra "Sandy" Trigg of Longton, Kansas and Charlie Beasley of Caney, Kansas; his siblings, Anthony Windsor of Sedan, Danny Joe Windsor of Sedan, Mark Windsor (Freda) of Sedan, Kansas and Kim Southard of Peru, Kansas; his children, Gary Guy Windsor II and Tanya Rivera (Windsor); and his grandchildren, Elvia Jordan, Jesse Rivera, Chase Windsor, Ellissa Scott and Chad Windsor. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. And many other family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chautauqua Baptist Church (200 Laurel St, Chautauqua, KS 67334).
