It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Newcomb of Chautauqua, Kansas, born in Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Powell Clayton and Lorene Opal Davis Pogue; and her son-in-law Danny Chaffin. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sister Luana Brennan of Lees Summit, MO; her children, Bill Jr. (Jackie) of Owasso, Steven of Oologah, Laurie Chaffin of Muskogee and Jeff of Oologah; her grandchildren, Jessie, Wes Phelps, Lisa Newcomb, Todd Newcomb, David, Sharon Antinoja, Shauna, Rob Padgett, Joey, Jami Chaffin and Shane Chaffin; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Phelps, Mallory Phelps, Kylie Bauer, Rylie Bauer, Emma Padgett, Shane Chaffin Jr., Haley Chaffin, Eric Antinoja and Andrew Antinoja. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Oologah United Methodist Church Youth Group.
