She was predeceased by: her parents, Atanacio Perez and Beatrice Perez; her husband Raul "Rudy" Martinez; her daughter Janie Werner; her siblings, Fabian Perez, Pantaleon Perez, Estanislado Perez, Juanita Perez, Victoria Lopez, Sebastiana Rodriquez, Catalina Rivera and Crestina Herrera; and her grandson Victor Werner.
She is survived by: her children, Lasaro "Larry" Martinez (Dee) of Lyons, KS, Raul Martinez (Karen) of Lyons, KS, Luis Martinez of Chase, KS, Sally Lopez (Martin) of Lyons, KS, Mary Lopez (Juan) of Topeka, KS and Beatrice Olson (Gary) of Lyons, KS; and her sisters, Rosalia Rivera, Maria Elena Valdez and Yolanda Sanchez. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Catholic Church in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
