She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude F. Kizzar and Dorothy M. Bortz Kizzar; her son Elvis Lee Andrews II; and her siblings, Jim Kizzar, Claudette Kizzar Dugan and Shirley Kizzar Owen.
She is survived by: her former husband Elvis Lee Andrews; her sons, Cody Andrews of Chase and Monte Joe Andrews of Chase; her brother Frank Kizzar (Valerie) of Jal, NM; her siblings-in-law, Johnny Mack Owen and Babe Kizzar; and her grandchildren, Tony Andrews (Jessica) of Lyons, KS, Kacey Andrews of Lyons, KS, Michelle Mawhirter (Cole), Erica Baird (Austin) of Pratt, KS, Victoria Clark (Garrett) of Wichita, KS and Ashley Weberg (Kyle). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons to help offset funeral expenses.
