With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven Lewis (Chapman, Kansas), born in Greencastle, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Steven left this world on June 24, 2024 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Arlando Lewis and Naomi Lewis (Ferrand); his siblings, Lanny, Bob, Mike, Kent Lewis and Mary Lewis; his brother-in-law Robert Chastain; and his nephews, Jonathon "JJ" and Anthony Lewis.

He is survived by : his wife Koren Lewis; his daughters, Stephanie Ormiston (Rocky) of Kismet, KS, Kristen Calderon (Brandon) of Colorado Springs, CO and Hanna Zerr (Adam) of Vine Grove, KY; his daughter-in-law Carrie Lewis of Rockwall, TX; his grandchildren, Mila Ormiston, Aliyah, Amaiya Calderon, Sebastian, Stefen, Grace, Faith Zerr, Bryce Lewis, Ian Ballew and Gage Vasquez; his great grandchildren, Marshawn and Kion Lewis; and his siblings, Terry Lewis (Selina), Louisa Chastain and Lisa Crowder (Thomas Ray).

A rosary was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Londeen-Overlease Funeral Chapel (206 W 5th St, Chapman, KS 67431). Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM and at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (210 E 6th St, Chapman, KS 67431). The military honors was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Madura Cemetery (2032 4th Ln, Wakefield, KS 67487). A burial was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at the same location.
