Roger K Freeman Obituary

In loving memory of Roger K Freeman in Gotebo, Oklahoma, born in Junction City, Kansas, who departed this world on April 25, 2025 at the age of 67. In the sacred silence of farewell, Roger is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Roger's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Freeman and Mary Lou Freeman (Curran). He is survived by: his children, Courtney Laun of Abilene and Kevin Freeman (Lindsey) of Dodge City; and his siblings, Tammy Riffel (Ryan) of Hope and Jeff Freeman of Chapman. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Londeen-Overlease Funeral Chapel (206 W 5th St, Chapman, KS 67431). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Sutphen Mill Cemetery (3009 Quail Rd, Chapman, KS 67431).
