It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Sherbert in Chapman, Kansas, born in Wakefield, Kansas, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Pittenger and Patricia Pittenger (Reed); and her brother Phillip Pittenger. She is survived by: her husband William Sherbert of Chapman, KS.; her children, Sondy (Jeff Knitter) of Abilene, KS. and Bill Sherbert, Jr. (Charles Tripp) of Garden Grove, CA.; her granddaughters, Megan Espeseth and Mallary Knitter; her great grandchildren, Paige, Payton, Brody and Stetson Espeseth; and her brother Arnold Pittenger.
