He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Armstrong and Vera Armstrong (Hawk); and his sister Helen Leah Waser. He is survived by: his wife Jean Anne Armstrong; his children, Lisa Jo Armstrong and Craig Allen Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Jessica Armstrong and Juan Armstrong.
