He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Lee and Flossie Gladys Douglas (Henderson); and his wife Doris Irene Carver. He is survived by: his sons, Dale Wesley Douglas (Lana) and Paul David Douglas (Debbie) of Chanute, KS; and his sisters, Ethel Gueulette and Darlene Singhurst. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
