She is survived by: her husband B. E. Bryant of Bryant's Furniture; and her children, Michael Jones (Brenda) of Branson West, MO, Vicki Marks (Danny) of Olathe, KS, Tamera Gates (Dennis) of Wichita, KS, Lisa Chauncey and Scott Jones (Deanne) of Billings, MT.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church - Chanute (424 S Central Ave, Chanute, KS 66720). A rosary was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery - Chanute (926 W 7th St, Chanute, KS 66720). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church - Chanute (424 S Central Ave, Chanute, KS 66720). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be left in Verla's name to St. Patrick's Catholic Church and can be left with Countryside Funeral Home.
