She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Streblow and Greta Streblow; and her nephews, Aaron Weber and Nicholas Davidson. She is survived by: her siblings, Joy Streblow of Chanute, KS, Pamela Dunn of Chanute, KS, Sandra Warren (Rodney) of Chanute, KS, Loree House (Jeff) of Ozark, MO and Mark Streblow of Chanute, KS. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be gifted to Kindred Hospice or "Carlie Challenge Scholarship Fund" and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
