She is survived by: her mother Shirley Record; her husband David Ely; her children, Brian Ely (Lisa) of Olathe, Blair Olson (Joe) of Chanute and Bethany Sizemore (Kurt) of Chanute; her grandchildren, Cole, Jase Ely, Joely, Banks, Baker Olson, Hayes and Harley Sizemore; and her siblings, Kevin Record, Alisa Almond and Deedra Perez (Mario).
