Swender; his daughter Alexandra Mikulka (Jim Joice); his siblings, Phyllis Nickelson and Dan Housholder; his mother-in-law Lesta Swender; his siblings-in-law, Diane Watkins (Mark), Herbert J Swender Sr. (Diana) and Patrick Swender; his nieces and nephews, Christian Watkins, Blair Watkins-Lowry (Ryan), H. J. Swender Jr. (Rebecca), Whitney Tempel (Tanner), Austin Swender (Aubrie), Becky McKinney, Pam Havel (Monte), Kimberly Patty (Bill) and Rob Nickelson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaitlyn, Caroline, Nolan Swender, Bobby Fletcher, Sam, Lynsay Torrez, Janell Mills (Will), Angie Tardiff (Kyle) and Dustin McKinney.
