He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Matlock and Edith Matlock (Ball); and his brother Bennie Vance. He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Marion Matlock (Cheryl), Cecil Matlock (Tish), Clarence Matlock (Sherry), Robert Matlock (Audrey), Herbert Vance and Anna James (Larry) of Chanute, KS; and also Tom. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
