He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Gillham and Ruth Gillham (Spillman); and his grandson Michael Burden. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughters, Tammy Burden (Jeremy) and Colette Dahmer (Dustin); his brothers, Rex Gillham (Peggy) and Chuck Gillham (Linda); his grandsons, Connor Burden (Megan), Daulton Burden, Julian Burden and Liston Dahmer; and his great grandchild Niko Burden. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
