She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Hammack and Gladys Hammack (Larery); her husband Eugene Evans; and her great grandchildren, Jazsmin, Leon and Konner Hart.
She is survived by: her former husband Andy Kidda; her children, Duane Evans (Penny) of Bonner Springs, Diane Dixon of Chanute, Doris Hart (Ed) of Chanute and Andrea Evans (Jeff Ford) of Lindsborg, KS; her grandchildren, Andy Evans (Jolene) of Kansas City, MO, Brandy Wilson (Scott) of Topeka, LeAnn Dupuy (Kris) of Chanute, Donald McIntosh (Michelle), Nautica Hart (Loren Trif) of Chanute and Skylar Kessler; her great grandchildren, Kayla Wilson, Linzie Dupuy, Kalani Dupuy, Adalay Evans, Leela Evans, Remingtyn McIntosh, Dillynn McIntosh, Hunter McIntosh and Waylon Hart; her brother Thomas Hammack; and her nieces and nephews, Jason, Aaron, Leezah and Destiny of Southern California.
