It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy D. Adams formerly of Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Adams and Gertie Adams (Bryan); his son Don Adams; and his siblings, Floyd Adams, Lloyd Adams, Frank Adams, Earl Adams, Glen Adams, Blanche Hutchinson, Muriel Stierwalt, Hazel Willard and Ethel Engle.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Adams of Chanute and Royce Mueller (Adams) of Yates Center; and his stepsons, Kenny Foster (Brenda) of Chanute, DeWayne Foster (LaVon) of Savonburg and Marvin Foster (Donna) of Chanute. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
