He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Harp and Doris Harp (Trigg); and his siblings, Daniel Harp, Nina Perry and Patti Liken.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hill; his children, Kimberly Bingham (Mark) of Parson's, Danette and Sean Walker of Chanute, KS; his siblings, Carol Jones of Modesto, CA, Sharon Mayfield of Ottawa, KS, Ann Dye of Tennessee and Ray Harp; and his grandchildren, Sean Bingham, Luke Harp, Dakota Bingham, Michael Bingham and Matthew Harp.
